The agreement

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mayneph, an online-only maintenance-record workspace operated by MAYNE PLUMBING & HEATING LTD. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Mayneph is online-only software (SaaS). It generates draft maintenance records, question lists and photo checklists from the notes you enter. There are no physical goods, shipping, or on-site services of any kind.

2. Nature of output

AI outputs are household record and quote-prep drafts only; not repair advice, inspection, installation, safety certification, emergency service, or a substitute for licensed professionals.

Output is a draft for your own records and quote-prep. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, rights and compliance, and for deciding what to do. Confirm the real issue with a licensed professional before acting. Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration details and be able to form a binding contract.

4. Subscriptions, credits and billing

  • Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD).
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; one credit is used per drafted record.
  • Credits refresh each period and do not roll over.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including the restrictions in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Mayneph software, brand and site content belong to us. Subject to these terms, you may use the drafts you generate for your own lawful, personal or business record-keeping and quote-prep.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. The service does not provide professional, safety, inspection, financial, legal, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a draft. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be notified. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
