Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mayneph sells recurring subscriptions to an online digital service, billed in US dollars (USD). This policy explains cancellation, renewals and refunds.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from Account or by emailing support@mayneph.shop.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed after that. Remaining credits are available until the period ends.
  • The free Draft plan can be left at any time with nothing further to pay.

Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period in USD. We show the plan, amount and renewal terms before you subscribe.

Refunds

  • Used credits are non-refundable. Because each drafted record is delivered instantly as a digital output, credits that have been used cannot be refunded.
  • Unused time. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period after a normal cancellation; access simply continues to period end.
  • Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will investigate and correct it.
  • Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a right to cancel a digital service applies, note that by generating a record you ask us to begin supplying the digital service immediately.

How to request a correction

Email support@mayneph.shop from your account email with the date and amount of the charge and a short description. We aim to respond within one business day (Mon–Fri, GMT / BST (UK time)). Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method in USD.

Digital service only

Mayneph is online-only software. There are no physical goods, shipping, or on-site services, so no delivery, returns or postage terms apply.
