How the workspace may be used
Acceptable Use Policy
Mayneph is a note-keeping and quote-prep workspace for household maintenance records. This policy sets the limits of what it may be used for. Using the service means you agree to it.
Use it for
- Recording what you have observed in your own home in plain language.
- Preparing questions and a photo checklist before contacting a licensed professional.
- Keeping an organised household maintenance log for your own reference or for a quote.
Do not use it for
- Generating operating or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurised systems.
- Treating any output as a safety certification, inspection report, insurance claim, construction plan, or emergency service.
- Relying on output instead of contacting a licensed professional to confirm the real issue and how to handle it.
You must
- Contact a locally licensed or qualified professional to confirm the actual problem and any work required before acting.
- Review every draft for accuracy — outputs can be incomplete or wrong.
- Contact the appropriate emergency service directly if there is any immediate risk to people or property.
General conduct
- Do not enter another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- Do not enter passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated misuse may end access without a refund of used credits. See the Terms of Service and AI Disclaimer.
