Returns & Refunds

A clear, fair returns policy that meets your legal rights.

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you have the rights below in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To meet the deadline, just tell us you wish to cancel before the 14 days are up.

If we have not told you about this right, the cancellation period can extend by up to 12 months. (We're telling you here, so the standard 14-day period applies.)

Returning the goods

  • Items must be returned unopened and unused, in their original condition and packaging, for a full product refund.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-comfort items (such as hot water bottles or foot warmers) can only be returned if faulty.
  • Send returns back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
  • Return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To start a return, email support@mayneph.shop with your order number and we'll send the return address and instructions.

Refunds

  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving proof you've sent them — whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, processed via Stripe.
  • We refund the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery. We may reduce a refund to reflect any handling beyond what's needed to inspect the item.

Faulty or not-as-described items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law, and we'll cover return postage. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 14-day cancellation right above.
