What currency are your prices in?
All prices and charges on Mayneph are in US Dollars (USD). The full total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from the UK, except to destinations subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions. Free shipping applies on orders over $60.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout — we never see or store them.
What's your returns policy?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unopened items for a full refund. Opened personal-comfort items can only be returned if faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Are your heating products safe?
Yes — and we keep to comfort and maintenance only. We don't sell gas appliances, boilers, electric heaters or pressurised parts. Products involving heat (like the microwave foot warmer or hot water bottle) come with clear timing and safety guidance.
Do your insulation products save energy?
Our draught-sealing and thermal products are designed for comfort and reducing draughts. We don't make specific energy-saving or cost-saving claims, as real-world results depend on your home.
Do you sell to landlords or in bulk?
Yes. Use our landlord and property bulk enquiry form for a quote on larger quantities.
